Located in Downtown Springdale, Bauhaus Biergarten brings the lively spirit of a traditional German biergarten to Northwest Arkansas. Led by CEO and Executive Chef Rafael Rios, Bauhaus Biergarten combines authentic German flavors, warm hospitality, and a communal dining experience.

A proud U.S. Army veteran, Chef Rios discovered his passion for German cuisine while stationed in Mannheim and Heidelberg, where he developed a deep appreciation for the country’s food, culture, and family-style dining traditions.

Today, Bauhaus Biergarten continues that inspiration by serving classic German dishes and premium sausages from Usinger’s, a historic Milwaukee producer crafting authentic German-style sausages since 1880. Guests gather around shared tables to enjoy great food, crisp beer, and a welcoming taste of Germany in Northwest Arkansas.
